• Tell me about the main thing of the company….
• When did you decided to create and build the company and which were the purposes?
Coming from a background in dot-com e-commerce, we knew there had to be a better way to reduce friction between customers and web sites. How can you systematically and continuously improve the digital customer experience? How can you test, learn, repeat … at growing scale? SiteSpect adapted proven strategies from Experimental Design and machine learning and created a solution for both marketers and developers/IT to align around the goals of increasing conversion and overall site performance.
• Can you tell us an example of a successful story?
SiteSpect works with leading brands such as IberiaExpress. A successful example of what we did to help them was adding new Promotional banners in their search flight page for searches made by specific booking websites like Skyscanner and Kayak. This specific and user experience resulted in significantly positive conversion rate.
An other successful example is look & feel changes they made in the searching page and measuring the results of these changes across their complete funnel, showed the exact final outcome of what even a simple change can do for your conversion rate including the financial impact.

• What differentiates you from your competition
We went about building a solution in a very different way.
